The Diving Diseases Research Centre (DDRC) were looking to upgrade their file server and needed advice on a new email solution. They were also looking at a company to provide IT support and a smooth transition when their in-house technician left.

I have found there to be a number of benefits to this: - The online portal system for requesting assistance is great. It allows the manager to look at all tickets generated and to identify trends or particular problem areas. It serves also as a method of communication between NCI and the company using them.
