Position: First Line Technician (Full Time)
Location: Penryn, Cornwall
Salary: Grade F (£14,454- £18,882)
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our First Line Technical Support Team, The role involves providing IT Helpdesk support via the telephone and internet. The ideal candidate will require good customer service skills and working knowledge of the following key areas:
- Windows desktop operating systems
- Windows server operating systems
- Active Directory
- Internet connections, routers and firewalls
- Windows based backup systems
- Anti-virus and anti-spyware
- Email clients and Microsoft Exchange
- Microsoft Office
- Network hardware and PC peripherals
The position will be based at our Penryn office in Waterside House.
