SAAS provides applications to end users of the internet, there is nothing to install on your PC and the applications are generally accessed through a web browser. You pay for the service monthly can increase or decrease the number of users monthly by month. The types of applications available include office productivity suites such as Microsoft's Office 365 and line of business applications like Microsoft's CRM.  Examples of SAAS providers are:

• Google Apps
