1. Placing an order
1A If you are unable to process your order online please feel free to call our Sales Team who will be more than happy to help. They can be contacted on 01326 379 497.
2A We cannot guarantee that we will be holding stock of the products displayed on this web site. Any non-stock items will be despatched as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. This may take up to 28 days.
2B Whilst we endeavour to keep information available on this site in relation to stock availability and latest prices up to date it may occasionally become out-of-date pending updating and we accept no responsibility for inaccuracies that arise as a consequence.
2C Similarly, manufacturers from time to time make specification changes or withdraw product lines and we accept no liability if we are unable to supply Goods ordered by you as a consequence. However in such circumstances we will endeavour to offer you a suitable alternative or, if you have already paid for the relevant item, you will be issued with a refund if an alternative is not available or acceptable.
2D If an alternative is chosen and payment has already been taken for the order we will refund to you any overpayment or, in the case of an underpayment, you will pay us any additional sums due in relation to the alternative.
3A Payment for goods must be received by NCI Technologies before any goods are dispatched.
3B Your payment will be handled through SagePay. NCI Technologies will not have access to your payment card details.
3C. All goods remain the property of NCI until paid for in full.
4A We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible but as a rule this can take a week to 10 days and depend on when we receive the goods from our supplier.
4B All Goods must be signed for on delivery and you should keep all delivery documentation and receipts provided for future reference.
4C You should closely inspect Goods upon delivery for any cosmetic defect before signing the delivery receipt. Damaged Goods should not be accepted.
4D Whilst we take pride and care when carrying out deliveries neither we nor they will be liable for any accidental damage that is not notified within a reasonable period of it becoming apparent.
4E The Products will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order however we reserve the right not to make deliveries outside the United Kingdom.
4F Delivery charge will be stated based on shipping type requested. This will be a courier service to the address you provide.
5. Returns/ defective items
5A If you wish to return defective Goods you must contact us to discuss available options (including replacement or repair)
5B Goods returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges and the reasonable cost incurred by you in returning the item (less a reasonable sum for any missing items such as leads or remote controls). Any refund due to you will be processed promptly.
5C We will not accept returns or refunds for products which are of a reasonable quality
5D Warranties are non refundable.
5E This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
