Remote Monitoring and Management to be Included with all School Support Contracts

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting schools we are implementing the additional remote monitoring and management of all the windows devices within the school’s network.  The additional service will automatically monitor each device to ensure that the Antivirus is installed correctly and up to date, Microsoft Windows and Office critical and security updates are monitored along with other performance counters and alerts.  The software will be deployed automatically from the school’s server.  Any required action to remedy alerts raised by the monitoring software will be carried out during the scheduled engineer visits.  This additional service is going to be included as part of the automatic school contract renewal process with NCI.  The software will be uploaded to the school servers prior to the start of the new Academic year and will be automatically deployed across the network.
