Our service agreements include everything you need to keep your ICT running smoothly. From regular PC maintenance, server checks to anti-virus updates, network administration and remote support for teaching staff. We ensure that your ICT infrastructure works correctly, enabling you to use ICT without having to worry.
We have two kinds of agreements available for schools to choose from that include the above benefits but with on-site and remote support options.
On-site Only Support
As part of this service agreement, you will get regular and reliable technical support from an on-site engineer who is assigned to your school. This allows a good working relationship to be formed and also means that the engineer builds up a good understanding of how your school operates and what your requirements are.
During the time an engineer spends at your school they will resolve any issues that you may have encountered and all PCs and servers will be health checked and updated to ensure that your system is working as efficiently as possible. Engineer visits can be scheduled monthly, fortnightly or weekly.
This includes critical server and admin PC cover.
This service agreement allows schools to access our proactive engineers via our remote support services. If an IT issue occurs schools will be able to contact our helpdesk. Our engineers will then log and attempt a fix that day or the next working day. If we feel the issue requires a site visit in order to be resolved an engineer will be deployed within three working days to address the issue.
This service gives a faster fix for all devices in the school. It includes critical server and admin PC cover.

NCI provide ICT support across the two schools in the federation. Our NCI engineers are proactive when they visit each school and problem solve issues in a timely manner. The option to have more frequent half daily visits has proved beneficial in the larger school. In between visits NCI provide telephone support and respond quickly to any issues that are raised.
